Domed Markings

Required Media to make Markings for doming
in-house:

 

Recommended Base Material:

  • GMS High-Bond Polyester – UL Rated Polyester for labels and markings. Chrome Silver was used in the sample although it is not listed under "Markings Media."

Optional Base Materials:

Recommended Doming Options:

  • Contact a local company, or we know several that provide the doming service. If you want to purchase doming equipment to also dome in-house, we can recommend an OEM or VAR to help you set that up.

GerberColor Foil Options:
To produce markings or labels in-house for doming, choose any package. If you plan on using thick laminates such as Tuff Cover, choose at least the "Better" package with
the enVision cutter.
